Easy Workstations Administration
Au Agent is a Windows 2000 /NT enhancement tool. It allows you to run
applications under any security context without closing the whole logon
session to process a new logon. As soon as your Au Agent copy is installed,
you just have to call the context menu for the application's icon and
enter the user name and password. Au Agent is very helpful if you have
any user profile or system access control dependent applications. It will
help you manage such applications, as administrative tools, e-mail clients,
Internet browsers, etc.
Convenience & Security
In addition, Au Agent has a powerful feature to run applications on
any existent or newly created desktop. Starting applications on independent
desktops helps you concentrate on your main work. No overloaded desktops,
just you and your application. Using desktop switcher or hot keys you
can easily switch from one to another. Moreover, all the desktops are
password protected on the system level. That means that only the person
who has created the desktop (or Administrators) may get the access to
it.
